The Shelby County Chamber “Ribbon-Cutting” @ Pleasant Thymes Tea Room was very warming and was represented by numerous merchants and friends from Cumberland, Anita, Elk Horn, Atlantic, Exira, and Harlan. Sherry served samples of Cream of Broccoli, Beef & Barley, and Minestrone Soups, Egg Salad, Pepperoni & Pastromie Pizza Bites, and Swiss Cheese & Salomie Finger Sandwiches, petite desserts, and candies, with Harvest Pumpkin Tea and Hazelnut Coffee. Bill & Sherry entertained the guests with one song on the piano, voice, and fiddle. Carol, from the Shelby Co. Chamber gave a welcome speech and introduced the Gerlocks and welcomed their new establishment. The ribbon-cutting followed with numerous guests standing along side them. It was a beautiful autumn evening and thank you to all who attended. We are grateful for all the support!
