The “Swimming Nemos” group of ladies arrived from an hour of intense aerobic water excercise, ready for a high carb breakfast. I mixed in a “Virgin-Bloody-Mary” tomato drink with Baked Cranberry Oatmeal, Quiche Lorraine, Apricot & Blueberry Scones, and Mini-Ham Balls. It was a hit and they were all refueled with energy.
